Gordian III (Full Latin name: Marcus Antonius Gordianus) was the youngest sole Emperor of Rome. At the age of just 13, he became the youngest sole emperor of the united Roman Empire. Gordian was the son of Antonia Gordiana and Junius Balbus, who died before 238.
