How To Cancel Sale?

Sometimes after you’ve purchased an item on our site, you may have a change of mind and just want to cancel the sale/purchase. While this isn’t usually a good idea as it can lead to disappointed sellers (and perhaps even penalties on your account).

Nevertheless, the only way to cancel a sale or a purchase is by directly contacting the seller of the item you wish to cancel.

Here's how you can do that:

• First, log in to our site using your account, then you need to go to the item you wish to cancel. Once you open the item, click "Ask A Question" on the right-hand side of our site. (see attached photos below):

• Once you click the "Ask a Question, you will be redirected here:

• Then you can leave a message to the seller right away about cancellation or any concern about your item. Please wait for the seller to respond within 24hours. And if the seller doesn’t respond to your request we will immediately escalate your inquiry.
